We do not offer refunds of entry fees into our online raffles if you get the answer to the question wrong, or if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason.

We try and deliver as many prizes in person as we can and get photos and videos with our fabulous Winners that can all be found on our instagram , facebook and in the ‘Previous Winners’ section of our website.  We buy all of our prizes in advance and can provide full proof of purchases so you can be sure that your win is 100% GENUINE. Every Monday and Thursday we do LIVE DRAWS over on our facebook page where you can tune in and watch us announce the Winners!

Raffleade is the Leading online raffle website in the West Midlands UK! We are a family run, female lead online raffle competition website created by mother and daughter duo, Tracee and Tyne-Lexy from Cannock. We want to give people the opportunity to win amazing prizes for as a little as 25p. Our prizes includes Cash, cars, watches & the latest tech! 

The maximum number of entries is stated on each competition, so your chances of winning will vary from competition to competition but we always have the best odds on our online raffles!

For example, if a competition has a maximum of 500 entries, if  you purchase 10 entries and get the answer correct, your chances of winning are 10 in 500. You can increase your chances of winning by purchasing more entries.

With our online raffles everyone who gets the answer to the question correct will be entered into a draw. The winner of the competition will then be chosen at random LIVE on our facebook page. We go LIVE every Monday,Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 10pm to announce our Winners and we would love for you to tune in and join the FUN! We use a random google number generator to generate the winning number from a list of ticket numbers from all the correct entries. All winners are contacted directly after the Live Draw and results are uploaded to our results section on the website.

If you get the question wrong to any of our online raffles, you will not be entered into the draw so you will not have the chance to win the prize. You will not be entitled to a refund of your entry fees so please double check your answers before entering.

You will not be notified if you answer the question incorrectly, but you can try again with a different answer to increase your chances of being entered into the draw. 

You can enter the competition until you reach the maximum number of entries per user. Whilst this isn’t gambling, we still urge you to keep this fun and not spend more than you can afford!

If you win any of our online raffles we would love to ask you to share your excitement and send us/post pictures of you with the prize to share with our other followers and subscribers on our website or social media pages. 

This is not compulsory but makes a huge difference to our little family business as our Raffleaders LOVE to see Winners! 

Even if you do not wish to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and awarded the prize fairly.

We need to use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We will also send you competition updates and emails.

We do not share your data with any third parties unless this is necessary for administering the competition.

If you are the winner, we may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we have administered the competition and awarded the prizes fairly.

You have the right to opt out from us using your data at any time. However, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date, you will be withdrawing from the competition. You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.

If you are the winner of any of our online raffles then the prize is be yours! You can do whatever you wish with it, including selling it.

Each online raffle competition has a different prize, from luxury cars to the latest tech, HUGE cash prizes and so much more!

We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of an equal or higher value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.

Our online raffle competitions are open to everyone in the UK. That includes residents of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland who are 18 years or older. 

We do not accept entries from anyone outside of these areas as the laws for running competitions vary. This competition has been organised to comply with the laws of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Also, you cannot enter a competition if you are a relative of any of our suppliers.

Each of our online raffle competitions are open for 7 days. The competition closing dates are stated on each competition page. Our draws are all GUARANTEED. That means NO extensions and NO rollovers so you can enter our competitions with confidence.

If you are a Winner of any of our online raffles we will notify the winner as soon as possible after the Draw Date, using the phone number or email address provided with the competition entry.

If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us.

If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

Click on “Enter Raffle” next to the competition you would like to enter.

Choose an answer to the competition question, be careful – only correct answers will be entered into the prize draw. Select the number of entries you want. All entries made in one transaction will be classed as having the same answer to the question.

Your entries will be added to your Basket. Click on “proceed to checkout” in your Basket to process your order. If you are an existing customer, you can log in to your account. If you are a new customer, you will need to enter your details. Tick the box confirming that you accept our terms and conditions. 

After you have paid your entry fee you will also be sent an email confirming your order details and ticket number(s). If you have answered the question correctly, you will be entered into the online raffle prize draw. We also offer a free postal entry route.
